Fisk Hill Home

The home was designed for a young professional family with four children. With over 4000 sq ft. of living space on the upper levels there was a desire to break down the homes massing as seen from the street as well as to provide an area of privacy on the south side of the house which is open to the views. The main body of the house parallels the road with the master bedroom and garage each forming a wing angling back to diminish the overall mass and providing focus on the front entry. The main level is an open concept with the entry, dining room, kitchen, living room and music room all rotating about a central fireplace chimney mass. The second floor provides for four children’s bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and an overlook down into the first floor living room. The exterior is wood shingles and Fieldstone.
