Hopkinton Home Renovation
The owners of this existing home decided they would like to stay in the general area of their home but were concerned with the closeness of the road to the front of their house. The exterior was redesigned with a new entry and energy conscious vestibule. The living room gained a cathedral ceiling and added windows open up the view out the rear of the house and the hills beyond. The master bedroom was added to the end of the house overlooking the Mink Hills. The master bath features a stainless steel soap tub with cast art glass walls. As the visitor walks around the end of the house they are welcomed to a landscaped terrace entertainment area.
These changes allow the owners to stay in their home but enjoy all the features of a new home while creating a private entertaining area behind the house.
