Gary Goudreau is a LEED accredited professional and Duene Cowan was recently chosen to design a new $10 million academic building at New Hampshire technical Institute which will highlight the newest standard for the design of high performance green buildings, the ASHRAE standard 189.1.  It will become one of the first buildings in New Hampshire designed under the new standard.

Cowan Goudreau Architects consults with the two largest MEP firms in the state who utilize cutting edge computer Energy modeling which helps to inform the design at an early stage. We also collaborate with specialists such as the Jordan Institute when needed.
