Hill Top Home
This project began with the removal and relocation of an aged Gambrel style structure. In its place a space efficient two-story colonial became the central feature of the home. Off of this main feature a story and a half wing was added at an angle to break the overall appearance of the house. Features in the house are a conical master bedroom dormer, a conical roof termination of which half is cut away to provide a private master bedroom balcony is totally hidden from the front of the house. The main floor features a built-in kiva fireplace and sunroom, and the living room boasts large two-sided masonry fireplace.
